Refund policy

NOTE: AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS THEREFORE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE for example : Crystals Melting, Crystal packet opened, Incorrect delivery address, if items are delivered but you haven't received the package etc.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges given for edible products - All sales are final. Any issues with packages in shipping need to be handled with the selected carrier (Royal Mail, Evri). Once your order leaves our hands, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
  • The customer is responsible for the incorrect address, or locations where post office is unable to deliver and we will not refund in those situations.
  • If the package does not arrive as confirmed on tracking please contact us and the carrier within 48 hours so we can trace your parcel.
  • Issues with damaged items should be addressed within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or refunds on edible items.
