Processing and shipping

• Our processing time is 7 working business days (not including weekends and holidays). 
• Some orders may be mailed separately if it is a large order.
• We ship to United Kingdom.
• We will send you tracking information and this will be shipped within 3-7 days depending on your location.
• Issues with damaged items must be addressed within 24 hours 
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package leaves our facility. please contact your carrier for further help

NOTE: AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS THEREFORE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE for example : Crystals Melting, Crystal packet opened, Incorrect delivery address, if items are delivered but you haven't received the package etc.
